We also have setup hundreds of companies to effectively use ACT! as part of the overall sales efforts.

Q. What is the difference between your training products and the Quick Start Guide that ACT! offers?

A. No reading required! The ACT! Quick Start guide is a manual with a CD, which holds a sample database. You must read the manual by opening the sample database to learn a lesson. Our product is much easier! You insert the CD ROM and you immediately see a list of lessons. Click the lesson you want to learn, and your computer screen will show an ACT! database and you will see the ACT! steps and hear our instructor step you through the lesson. See it and then do it. Watch as many or as few lessons as you want. You can switch between the lesson and your ACT! database at any time. Repeat the lesson as many times as you want.

Q. How long are the lessons?

A. Some are as short as 2 minutes and some longer. The outline lists the length of each.

Q. Do I need speakers?

A. Yes, if you want to hear the instructions.

Q. Do you answer questions from customers?

A. All customers can email us for help. We answer all questions within 24 hours unless we cannot find the answer-in which case we tell you so.
